Devsuits supported HERD International to organise a 3-day international conference on antimicrobial resistance on 26-28 June 2019 in Kathmandu. The event had more than 150 participants from 13 countries and from the Government of Nepal. The event was supported by University of Leeds, GCRF, Arts and Humanities Research Council and Changing the Story. Role of devsuits in the management of the event included stage preparation, LED screen installation, designing and preparation of photowalls, backdrop, entrance gate, signature board, branding, design and supply of stationery, managing the registration desk, simultaneous interpretation, audio-visual documentation, instant photo printing and more.

Project Background

The International Conference on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) brought together a diverse group of over 150 participants from 13 countries, including representatives from the Government of Nepal. The conference focused on the global prospects and challenges of antimicrobial resistance through a One Health approach and emphasized the importance of community engagement in tackling this pressing issue.
